How MCESP India handles information collected through this website and related forms.
Last updated: September 2026
MCESP India is the first full chapter of the Marginalised Communities Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Programme, built under the Kectil community project initiative. This site is operated for the India chapter. The global charter is published at mcesp.org.
We may receive information you choose to send us, including:
We do not sell personal data.
We use information to respond to enquiries, review applications to join the chapter, improve the programme, and operate this website. Form responses are stored in Google Forms / linked Google Sheets under accounts controlled by the programme team.
We may share information with core team members who need it to run outreach, applications, or partnerships. We may use service providers (such as Google Forms, website hosting, and email) that process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
Embedded Google Forms and links to social platforms or the global site are governed by those providers’ own policies. Opening those services may allow them to collect data according to their terms.
We keep enquiry and application records as long as needed for the programme and reasonable follow-up, then delete or archive them when no longer required.
You may email us to ask what information we hold about you from our forms, or to request correction or deletion, subject to legitimate programme and legal needs. Contact: contact@mcesp.org or mcesprogram@gmail.com.
This site is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this policy as the chapter grows. The date at the top will change when we do.
