The people
Members from across India — different cities, disciplines, and stories — building one chapter in public. Titles name a seat at the table; the work is shared.
Chapter team
Photographs and short notes from the people carrying MCESP India. More faces will join this wall as the chapter grows.
Project Lead
Student of aeronautics at IIT Madras and Kectil Cohort 2026. Leads the India chapter so ability is no longer trapped by birth, postcode, or social position — building with room to fail, and with people who want to work in public. The global founder message lives on mcesp.org.
Tech Lead
AI & Data Science engineering student at Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai. Builds data-driven and sustainable platforms — including CarbonGRID and AI-Charya for neurodivergent and underserved learners — and has mentored over 5,000 students in digital literacy since COVID-19. Aims to use technology to close information gaps and open real pathways to entrepreneurship for marginalised youth.
Creative Lead
Academic background in Sanskrit from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, with a deep interest in culture, stories, and creative expression. Sees creativity as a language that can turn ideas into stories, stories into action, and action into positive social change.
Outreach Coordinator
From a small city, shaped by learning many things the hard way — and determined that others should not face the same barriers when guidance could open a path. Brings Rotaract experience and a belief that even a small positive change in someone’s life is meaningful.
Research Coordinator
From Ayodhya. Anchors research and opportunity analysis for the chapter — grounding Qvritti and field work in what regions actually need, starting with the pilot geographies the team is mapping.
Content Co-Lead
From Ayodhya. Believes lack of knowledge — not lack of talent — is what keeps too many people in a narrow “rat race.” Works on content so entrepreneurship, finance, and local opportunity feel clear enough to act on, not just to read about.
Content Co-Lead
From Jhansi. Helps shape the words and materials the chapter puts into the world — practical, respectful, and built for people who deserve a fair entry into enterprise and skills.
Monitoring Lead
Third-year international relations student. Values honesty and accountability in team work. Focused on whether the chapter’s progress is real — tracking what gets done, what stalls, and how the programme stays true to rural and under-resourced communities.
Be featured
